In early March, Chef Randy Dunn of Roux, located in Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, prepared to roll out a brand new concept and menu for his new and faithful diners. Press releases were sent, brand new menus printed, photo shoots complete, and then….COVID-19. Just like countless of our culinary neighbors, Chef Randy had to pause everything with his team, and postpone the grand reopening under the new name and concept Fork Lore: Storied Food & Spirits.
As of July 1 – Fork Lore is excited to open with a limited summer menu introducing new options for every palate. With the dining room and outdoor seating open to meet social distancing standards and mask etiquette required, diners may safely enjoy soon to be favorite dishes and perfectly matched cocktails. Due to our county and state’s current restrictions, I think this has become the perfect time to share the new restaurant concept with our neighbors.
